I had their service from NYC to Dhaka,Bangladesh last year. It was terrible. On the way to NY-Dubai they were not ready for my 2 old daughter even though the ticket recognized her as “Baby” under my supervision. On the way back on Dhaka-Dubai they misplaced my son’s booking… asked my 6 yr old son to fly another day!!!!!! We had to get back from the airport and fly a week later……this about the misery……very bad service.
I think worst was how they treated Bangladeshi’s in Dubai airport. I was there for the 3rd time. It was fairly the same every time I was there. They were extremely rude while giving us some what direction to the airport-hotel. It seemed they were teasing us amongst themselves in their native tongue. Very childish .. and unprofessional. I heard similar complaint from other Deshi passengers who had a chance to taste their service.
I would like to avoid Arab world altogether ( their airlines and ports and other services) when ever I can until they start to mature.
